Mindfulness meditation involves sitting silently and paying attention to thoughts, sounds, and the sensations of breathing.

Guided Relaxation Session

Our Mindfulness Instructor, Phil McCrossan, has recorded a guided relaxation session for you to enjoy. This audio recording is approximately 20 minutes long.
